Ivy Grace Home Care is an independent Home Care agency which is dedicated to ensuring that our care is always at a high standard and personal to the service user we look after.

 

 

Our office is based in Thorpe – Le – Soken and we cover the surrounding areas.

However one of the most rewarding and inspirational jobs out there.

Ivy Grace Home Care is run by three independent women who believe that every voice counts including yours.

 

All staff are paid an hourly rate with enhancements in the evenings and weekends these are between £11.50 and £13.00ph

 

We pay mileage of 0.30p per mile.

 

Travel time is paid at the national minimum wage.

 

We value our carers and rely on them to support our values and be the best out there when carrying out care calls, so as a bonus we also pay!

 

Additional day off on your birthday paid.

Please don’t worry we will train you to a standard where you are confident to do the job and be the best YOU, you can be!

 

“What if I get in a situation I am unsure of whilst carrying out the care call?”

 

We have a chat group where you are always able to talk to someone, not only that you can call us at any time or day and we will guide and talk you through anything your unsure off.

 

“What if I make a mistake”

We are all human, we expect all our staff to be honest, just as we are with you. We will ensure we support you with extra training or guidance to ensure you do not make the same mistake twice.

 

“I want to do a qualification in care.”

At Ivy Grace Home Care, helping our staff to grow is a huge part in what we believe, we will absolutely support you to complete any training.

 

“Can I progress at Ivy Grace Home Care”

 

Yes yes yes, If we feel you are exceeding, we are not shy in letting you know we want you to progress before you let us know. We want to grow as a company and our carers to grow with us, so carer progression is something we again will support you to do.

Do I have to be able to drive?

 

Yes, you do! Unfortunately, we only take on carers who drive and have their own car due to the areas we cover.

You also need to have business insurance added before your first day out in the community.

We have various shifts which you can choose from, but you are needed to do every other weekend.
